We are and have always been a family owned company with many long serving members of staff. We are proud to say that generations of the same families (Fathers, Mothers Sons & Daughters) have worked for Ellsey’s over the decades.

Tim Williams (the owner of Ellsey’s) is the current Chairman of the Vinegar Brewer’s Federation, the trade association for Britain’s vinegar industry. He represents British interests at meetings of the International Vinegar Federation (CPIV)
